Glad i finally got the Leaf and grateful for payment plan option

Wow! That pretty much encapsulates my experience with Face Vital. I had purchased the Leaf machine. I absolutely love this and use it in all my CO2 treatments. Suddenly it would not turn on even though it was showing charged. I contacted Face Vital and they had me ship it back to them to be serviced. And take care of it...THEY SURE DID! I received it back in working order. However, that was only part of the experience. They kept me posted each step of the way with the utmost professionalism. In this day and age we usually have a lackluster experience....but not here! I will continue to purchase with Face Vital as they have gone above and beyond. A truly refreshing experience. Thank you for the amazing customer service! A company that backs their products and does what it takes to be sure you are a satisfied customer.
